Position: ServiceNOW Developer

Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Good understanding of Modules Incident management, Change management, Problem management.
- Advanced level of programming with Service Now Application: System Administration & UI development.
- Advanced level of programming with Java Script.
- Good understanding and knowledge of ITIL process.
- Deep knowledge of common software development methodologies, working tools & solutions.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Customization and Implementation.
- Expert in ServiceNow Module Customization and Extension Framework.
- Experience in Integrating ServiceNow and other CRM System with other systems.
- ServiceNow certified developers is a plus
- Strong understanding and experience in REST, SOAP, Service Portal, AD, SSO integration, Widgets, Email integration, Scoped Application, Domain separation
- Excellent in database design, querying and implementation.
- Experience in Object Oriented Development.
- Knowledge with data migration from legacy system to ServiceNow
- Higher education in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must
- Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
- Strong technology background is required
- Aptitude to acquire new technology and concepts quickly
